Leena Kinger Hans

Hi! My name is Leena Kinger Hans. I am an Assistant Professor in Organizational Behaviour at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. In my primary area of research, I examine people’s work & career choices in various settings, including entrepreneurship, family businesses, and low-wage occupations.

I have been teaching Negotiation Analysis since 2020 at ISB. I have a PhD from INSEAD and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B).
